All Board of Directors/Advisors meetings locations will be announced prior to the meeting dates. Meetings are always on the third Tuesday every other month. The meeting times are normally scheduled for 1600 starting time and are expected to last no more than one hour.

The Annual Board of Directors/Advisors Holiday Board Meeting/Dinner will be determined at a later date. All board members, advisors, Spouse Auxiliary board members, and their guests are invited to attend.

Executive Committee Meetings are for the elected officers. Meeting place will be determined each month.
